What To Include
If you are using the App Store version, email support directly. If you are testing a beta through TestFlight, please use TestFlight feedback first so the report is attached to the right build and device context.
For email support, a short message is enough. If you can, include:
- what you were trying to do
- what happened instead
- your iPhone model and iOS version
- whether you are using TestFlight or the App Store version
- a screenshot or screen recording, if it helps and does not show private reminder content
Beta And Early Access
If you joined the waitlist, NotNow may email you about launch updates, beta invites, feedback requests, and early-tester lifetime access. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
If you are using NotNow through TestFlight, please report beta issues through TestFlight whenever possible. Open TestFlight, select NotNow, and use the feedback option, or take a screenshot inside the beta app and send it as beta feedback. If the app crashes, TestFlight may also let you send crash feedback after the crash.
TestFlight feedback can include your comments, screenshots, crash information, app build, device, and system details, which makes beta issues easier to diagnose. If TestFlight feedback is unavailable or you need help with something private, email hello [at] notnow-app [dot] com instead.
Notifications And Location Reminders
If reminders are not appearing, check that notifications are allowed for NotNow in iOS Settings. For location reminders, also check that location permission is enabled for NotNow and that the location reminder has a saved place or trigger.
iOS may delay or group notifications based on Focus modes, notification summaries, Low Power Mode, or system scheduling. Include those details if they seem relevant.
Privacy And Local Data
NotNow is local-first. Reminder content is stored on your device and is not sent to NotNow servers unless you explicitly choose to share it through a support export, optional research sharing, or an opt-in beta diagnostics feature.

Support Exports
Some support flows may ask you to export diagnostics from the app. Only share an export if you are comfortable with its contents. Store recovery exports may contain raw reminder data because they are designed to diagnose local store problems.
Please do not send private reminder content unless it is necessary for the issue and you are comfortable sharing it.

Do I need an account?
No. NotNow does not require an account for the app, widgets, notifications, Shortcuts, or the share extension.
How do I ask for my waitlist data to be deleted?
Email privacy [at] notnow-app [dot] com from the email address you used to join the waitlist.
How do I report an issue in the NotNow beta?
Use TestFlight feedback first. Open TestFlight and send feedback for NotNow, or take a screenshot in the beta app and submit it as beta feedback. Email support only if TestFlight feedback is unavailable or the issue involves private information you do not want to attach there.
Can NotNow support see my reminders?
Not by default. Reminder data stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
